Writing Support

Our goal is to continue to build students’ writing and reading skills. UCSC undergraduate tutors support their peers in thinking critically about their writing and reading process so that their confidence may grow at UCSC.

All writers seek feedback on their work and make a habit of talking out ideas, processes, and habits with others writers. LSS is a spaces where undergraduate tutors and students converse about writing and reading, work together to understand assignments, brainstorm ideas and practice revision strategies.
