Click on the link provided below. Attendees/Guests will be directed to the Learning Support Conference reservation page. Click on “Select & Go to the Next Step” to start the reservation process. Select the arrival and departure date and confirm dates of stay. Select a room type, and click on “Book.” Once you have selected to “Book” you will be brought to the guest information page where you will enter your information and method of payment. This should complete and confirm you reservation.

Rates for the Tower Suites Rooms, which accommodate 1-2 people, are $209 per night.

No Show Clause:

The first nights room and tax will be charged to the guaranteed credit card, if the reserved guest does not check in on the confirmed date of arrival. If guest is staying multiple nights, the remaining reservations will be cancelled unless guest has notified the Hotel for late or next day arrival.

Individual Reservation Cancellations:

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date (before 3:00pm) to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room and tax charge.
