Registration

The 2020 UC-CSU Learning Support Conference will be postponed until 2021 due to the concern of the spread of COVID-19.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are $295 for General Registration, and $120 for Students. 
The final day to register is Friday, April 24, 2020.

To register on-line with a credit card or UC campus recharge, click here.

To register by mail and pay with a check made payable to "UC Regents" click here to download the registration form. 

Registration fees include lunch on 6/23/20, dinner on 6/23/20, and breakfast on 6/24/20.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will be provided for cancellations received via email to ltapke@ucsc.edu no later than June 1, 2020.

A $100 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be made on any cancellations received after June 1. 2020.

Tranfering Registrations

Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time via email to events@ucdavis.edu.

Photography

Please note that the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) photographer may capture your image within a session or during networking opportunities, and as a registrant of the conference, you understand that UCSC has permission to use your image for promotional or informational materials only. If you do not want your image to be used in any photo, please contact Lexie Tapke at ltapke@ucsc.edu

Registration Upon Arrival

Registration at the Conference will begin at 11am on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020 and will continue through lunch. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth registration period.
